How it works

We are a dispatch line, not a plumbing company. You call one number, we work out what the job actually needs, and we hand it to an independent licensed plumber who covers your town. They quote the work and they do the work.

Lines are open right now: (833) 472-2088

One call, any hour, anywhere in the 82 communities we cover.

One number

The same line covers all 82 communities, day and night.

No wait for a form

Nothing to fill in. You talk to someone and the job moves.

Licensed contractors

Work is performed by independent licensed and insured plumbers.

Written scope

The plumber quotes before cutting. You approve, or you do not.

Step one

You call and describe the problem

Start with the symptom in plain words. No water, water where it should not be, a drain that will not clear, a heater that has stopped. You do not need to know the cause, and guessing at one is not required.

Three things help us more than anything else. Which town or road you are on, because that decides who is closest. Whether the property is on city water and sewer or on a private well and septic, because those are different trades on the truck. And whether it is happening right now or has been building for weeks.

If several things need doing, say so on the first call. Four small jobs handled in one visit costs far less than four separate call-outs, and that only works if we know about them before the plumber loads up.

If water is running right now

Say so immediately. We will talk you through shutting the water off at the stop tap before anything else, because stopping the damage matters more than booking the visit.

Step two

We match the job to a local plumber

We are not dispatching our own vans. We pass the job to an independent plumbing contractor who already works in your community and who does that kind of work regularly.

The match is about fit rather than whoever answers first. A well and pressure tank problem in the Panhandle goes to someone who carries pump parts. A sewer camera job in an older Boise neighbourhood goes to someone with the camera already on board. Getting that wrong costs you a wasted visit, which is the thing we are trying to avoid.

For emergencies the match happens immediately and you are told where the nearest truck actually is, not a standard figure. For planned work we will tell you honestly if it means waiting for a trip that already covers your area, because on rural routes that is often the difference between a sensible price and an unreasonable one.

Step three

The plumber quotes, then does the work

From this point your agreement is with the contractor, not with us. They confirm the arrival window with you directly, diagnose on site, and give you a written scope before anything is cut or replaced.

Pricing is theirs to set and theirs to stand behind. So is any workmanship guarantee, any warranty on parts, and any follow-up visit. We do not mark up their labour and we do not quote on their behalf, because a number given over the phone by someone who has not seen the problem is a guess dressed up as a price.

If the diagnosis turns out to be somebody else's trade entirely, a septic contractor, an irrigation specialist, a drainage contractor, you should be told that plainly rather than sold a plumbing repair that will not fix it.

Describe what is happening and we will tell you what it needs.

Worth knowing

What this service is, and is not

Free to call

There is no charge for the referral itself. You pay the contractor for the work they do, at their price.

No obligation

A quote is not a commitment. If the scope or the price does not suit you, you are free to decline it.

We do not do the work

All plumbing is performed by independent contractors. We are the dispatch layer, nothing more.

We do not set prices

Rates, minimums and after-hours charges are the contractor's own. Ask them to confirm before work starts.

Emergencies come first

No water, an active leak or sewage backing up is dispatched immediately, whatever the hour.

Rural work gets batched

On long routes we will say so, and grouping jobs onto one visit is where the saving is.

Licensing and insurance

Idaho plumbing work is licensed at state level. Ask any contractor for their licence and proof of insurance before work begins; a legitimate plumber will hand both over without hesitation.

One call, any hour

Tell us the symptom, the town, and whether you are on a well or city water. We will take it from there.
