Every service below is dispatched statewide through independent local plumbing professionals. If you already know what you need, pick it from the list. If you don't, which is normal, describe the symptom on the phone and we'll work out which of these it actually is.
Nine categories, thirty-seven services, one number to reach all of them.
Start here if it's urgent
If water is coming out somewhere it shouldn't, the useful order of operations is: shut off the main, open a low tap to drop the pressure, then call. We will tell you what to do next while someone is being dispatched. The four pages below cover most of what comes in overnight and in the first cold week of the year.
Not sure whether it counts as an emergency? That's a normal reason to call.

Learn moreHow the year runs
Plumbing demand in Idaho is seasonal in a way that is worth planning around. Freeze protection and irrigation blowouts are autumn work, and both book out before the first hard night. Thawing and burst repair dominate January and February. Spring brings the damage found on startup and the sump pumps working through snowmelt. Summer is the window for anything involving digging, plus the hard-water maintenance that keeps water heaters alive.
The practical consequence: the same job costs less and goes smoother booked in its season than booked as an emergency. A hose bib replaced in September is an appointment. The same hose bib in January is a wet crawl space.
Seasonal work fills up. Earlier is always cheaper than emergency.
We don't perform backflow certification testing, septic tank pumping or drain field work, well drilling, or anything belonging to your irrigation district. We'll say so plainly on the phone and tell you which trade to call instead.
Every service, A to Z
The same 37 services are dispatched statewide. What changes is the drive, the parts that ride along and how common each failure is locally. Start from your part of Idaho:
Most people call without knowing whether they need a drain cleaned, a line jetted or a camera down the lateral. Two minutes on the phone sorts that out, and gets someone dispatched who covers your town.
